What is My Book Moment?

Ready for a subscription box delivering books and treats direct to your door? Of course you are. Time to put your phone down, ban the TV and enjoy a Book Moment. Each box contains your choice of popular fiction or crime plus a snack, a hot drink and one extra treat – think beauty products, pretty stationery or scented candles.

Can I choose what I receive?

We have two exciting book genres for you to choose from: crime or popular fiction.  And three lovely treats too – for the perfect relaxed reading experience.

What if I've read the book before?

We source the latest, just-published books, with the idea being that you always receive something new. If you do happen to get a book that you’ve read before, books make great gifts! Its always interesting to reread a book too!

Can I buy past boxes?

Sorry, once they’re gone, they’re gone!

Where do you ship to?

For the moment, we only ship to addresses within the UK. We hope to launch international shipping soon, so please stay tuned!

How can I pay?

Credit card, debit card or PayPal are the options we offer… If you have any questions at all, please drop us a line! 

When can I pay?

If you purchase a recurring subscription, it’ll be every month on the same date. Otherwise you’ll pay for the whole subscription at once – it’s up to you. We close orders on the 15th of the month, every month,

When will I receive my My Book Moment?

We pack and ship boxes once orders close on the 15th of the month – and you should receive your box within the next ten days or so – we always post updates on our social channels, so make sure you’re following us!

Do I need to sign for delivery?

No! No need to sign for delivery – our boxes fit through the letterbox!

Do you offer returns?

If, for any reason, you’re unhappy with your box, please get in touch with customer support!

I'd like to cancel my subscription

You can do this by logging in to your account and cancelling your subscription. If you pay via PayPal, you may need to cancel there too. Please ensure you cancel before the date your payment is due – i.e. if you pay on March 15th, you’ll need to cancel by March 14th in order to ensure your subscription is cancelled and you don’t receive the following month’s box. Please email should you have any questions!
